Question 1

Does Trainzilla take a cut of my client payments?

Accepted Answer

No. Your clients pay you directly through your own payment setup. Trainzilla doesn't sit between you and your revenue or take a percentage. You pay a flat monthly platform fee (₹0 during your 30-day free trial, ₹499 on Coach Pro) and keep 100% of what your clients pay you.

Question 2

Does the AI change my clients' plans on its own?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI drafts changes and explains its reasoning, but nothing reaches a client until you approve it. It cannot message your clients, cancel anyone, or push a plan change by itself. It does the assembling and the arithmetic — you stay the coach who decides.

Question 3

How much does Trainzilla cost?

Accepted Answer

Every new coach starts with 30 days free on Free Launch: a coach profile, one paid offer, an invite link, a marketplace listing, the client app and one starter client. After that, Coach Pro is ₹499/month and adds unlimited clients, multiple offers, workout and nutrition tools, check-ins, habits, payments, messaging, analytics, templates, PDF export, bulk invites and your own branding in the client app. Gyms use seat-based plans starting at ₹1,499/month for up to 5 coaches. No card is needed to start.

Question 4

Can I try Trainzilla with real clients before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new coach gets 30 days free on Free Launch: a coach profile, one paid offer, an invite link, the client app and one starter client. That's enough to see how it works with a real client, and no card is required to start. When the 30 days end, Coach Pro (₹499/month) keeps you onboarding clients and adds templates, PDF export, bulk invites and your own branding in the client app.

Question 5

Can I connect Trainzilla to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Trainzilla has a secure connector (MCP) that links your coach account to Claude and other assistants that support it. Once connected you can ask in plain language — "which clients haven't checked in this week?", "recalculate macros for this client at 2g protein per kg" — and the assistant works with your real client data. You authorise the connection yourself, it only ever acts as you, and every change it proposes is shown to you before anything is saved.

Question 6

Is there a mobile app for clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The TrainZilla client app allows clients to view workout plans, track progress, communicate with trainers, make payments, and access nutrition guidance. It syncs with the trainer dashboard in real-time and works offline in areas with poor connectivity.
